William M. Custer has served as CEO of Level Partners since inception 25 years ago. Level Partners is a Registered Investment Advisor providing money and wealth management strategies to business owners, executives, professionals, family trusts and retirees
Mr. Custer also serves as CEO of Custer Capital Inc., a sister company to Level Partners. Custer Capital provides business strategy, private/public capital raising services, and alternative investments. Alternative investments previously organized by Custer Capital include five venture capital funds, an SBA licensed Small Business Investment Company (SBIC venture capital fund), two oil & gas drilling partnerships, and numerous business and real estate projects. Mr. Custer has formed and/or financed in excess of thirty start-up, early, and late stage companies in distribution, healthcare, manufacturing, technology, and telecommunications.
Mr. Custer has a degree in Corporate Finance and Economics from Capital University in Columbus, Ohio, is a Certified Financial Planner graduate from the University of Southern California and the College for Financial Planning, and holds a FINRA Series 7 & 63 licenses.
Current and past memberships include: TEC-International Association of CEO's, Entrepeneur Organization, National Venture Capital Association, Institute of Financial Planners, Institute of Registered Financial Consultants, International Association of Financial Planners, Greater Cincinnati Venture Association, Miami Valley Venture Association, Ohio Tech Angels, New Albany & Columbus Chambers of Commerce, and numerous Board Seats.

Chris Henneforth is President of Level Partners. His focus is on fundamental analysis of the economy, markets, and companies.
Before joining Level Partners, Mr. Henneforth was an Associate in the Debt Capital Markets Division of Cantor Fitzgerald, working out of the New York and Chicago offices. At Cantor, he advised institutions on short and long term cash management strategies using fixed income securities. He began his career at Cantor as a member of the first Fixed Income Sales & Trading and Asset Management Training program in June 2004.
In June 1998, Mr. Henneforth received his BSBA in Finance and Risk Management/Insurance from The Ohio State University's Fisher College of Business, and in June 2004 he received his MBA in Finance, with a concentration in Investment Management and Corporate Finance. Currently, Mr. Henneforth is an Adjunct Professor at the Fisher College of Business teaching various classes including the Student Investment Management Program, a class in which the students manage in excess of $15 million of the University's Endowment Fund. Mr. Henneforth also serves on the Fisher College of Business Alumni Board and has been retained by the Ohio State University and the Office of External Development as a consultant on various projects.
Prior to his return to academia and subsequent career at Cantor Fitzgerald, Mr. Henneforth worked as a Mutual Fund Accountant/Analyst at BISYS Investment Services in Columbus, Ohio for almost four years. Here, he was responsible for the administration and oversight of up to seven funds, as well as teaching upper level courses on various topics in finance including futures, options, and the markets.
Mr. Henneforth holds his FINRA Series 63 and Series 7 licenses, and has earned the right to use the CFA, or Chartered Financial Analyst, designation. He is currently a member in good standing of the Columbus Society of Financial Analysts.
Mr. Henneforth serves on various Boards and Committees in the community, including the not for profit MAP Furniture Bank's Development Committee.
David Raeuchle is Vice President of Level Partners. His focus is on technical analysis of the markets and companies, the trading of client accounts, and other operational functions of the firm including performance reporting.
Prior to his career at Level Partners, Mr. Raeuchle was employed by a local investment firm for 7 years. There, Mr. Raeuchle was responsible for equity and fixed income asset management as well as all facets of trading, compliance, general operations, and client relations.
Mr. Raeuchle earned his MBA from Capital Universityin 2002 and his Bachelor's in Financial Management from The Ohio State University in 1998.
Mr. Raeuchle holds his FINRA Series 65, 7 & 63 licenses.
Martha Kashner is Vice President for Level Partners. Ms. Kashner has over seventeen years experience in the securities industry in trading, syndicate, operations, and compliance.
Ms. Kashner is an operating branch manager for CIM Securities Inc., an affiliated broker dealer of which she , Mr. Custer and Mr. Henneforth are licensed. Ms. Kashner manages all internal systems including maintenance of software, hardware, network and portfolio systems with multiple custodial interfaces, as well as supervising client services.
She has a BBA in Business Management from Adrian College , and holds a FINRA Series 7, 63 & 24 licenses.
